Inka Samana is an indigenous  school created in the Andean Community of Sagaruao.  The curriculum is based on indigenous values and practices and has been accepted by the Ecuadorian Education Department.

Child's Garden of Peace, USA-Brazil

Child's Garden of Peace project first began in Santo Angelo in Southern Brazil when Illene Pevec from the USA  began working with the local community to help children understand environmental issues.  Illene has also visited Roçinha favela in Rio de Janeiro to introduce awareness of gardening.




Fundacion Amanecer and ICDP Colombia

Fundacion Amanecer near Armenia, Colombia has a number of projects that focus on child development and education.  The ICDP Colombia program that works in different regions of the country is also based at Amanecer.
